Given the new Lazarus .9.10 with FP 2, what 3rd party Delphi/Pascal
reference books are people using?   Whats good?   I haven't written
anything in Delphi since v2, but Lazarus looks like an amazing
environment.

Lazarus has a very good wiki, with quite a lot of information on it.

If you have Delphi you can also use it's help files for reference.
They are very good and most examples also work on Lazarus directly.
Even the help files for Delphi 2 are a good help.
