opengl citrix and rdp lazarus / 70-OpenGL ---------------------------------------------------------------------- apeoperaio · 2016-05-17 13:31 I developed an application using opengl to render chemical content. It works fine locally but I got some feedback highlighting problems running my application on a remote server both using citrix and remote desktop protocol RDP (all under windows). my application works remotely but the opengl content is not visualized (I am using lazrus TOpenGLcontext component). I suppose that the problem is not related to my application but to the remote usage of the software and on opengl management. Anyone has already face this issue? Any suggestion on how to solve it? Which question I have to ask to the user in order to better understand the problem? I googled but I didn't find any useful information. Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- mig-31 · 2016-05-17 13:33 I think RDP don't support 3D content. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- apeoperaio · 2016-05-17 13:51 and what about citrix? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Thaddy · 2016-05-18 11:28 Quote from: apeoperaio on May 17, 2016, 03:51:12 pmand what about citrix? Citrix works, but can be very slow on some workstations. In that case try the citrix opengl accelerator. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- apeoperaio · 2016-05-25 13:44 I tried using rdp and opengl works as expected, no chance to test on citrix.
