CreateParams in TCustomForm better protected?

Problem similar to previous
I can't use CreateParams in my class because it is private

TListWindow = class(TCustomForm)
procedure CreateParams(var Params: TCreateParams); override;

procedure TListWindow.CreateParams(var Params: TCreateParams);
begin
  inherited;
  Params.Style := WS_POPUP or WS_THICKFRAME or WS_CLIPCHILDREN;
  Params.ExStyle:=WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW;
end;
^Error

ASlso I can't uses CreateHandle
