Had two problems after installing. The first one was installing help,
going to help, files, and adding it would work for that session only.
After a lot of searching, solved it by manually adding "[Help] Files:"
section to fp.ini. 
That behaviour is very frustrating for a newbie whose only job should
be decompress help files to a folder. FP.INI location also bothers me:
it alternates from install folder and "\Documents and
Settings\user\...\fp\"

I couldn't solve the second problem. I have compilation errors and no
hint about where or what went wrong. Compiler messages windows is
empty.

My installation path was: C:\PROG\FPCW\
