I read this very interesting topic with considerations on type safety
of Pascal vs Rust, and other languages:

Type safety of Rust is "out of scope", sadly impossible, for Pascal
language.
But Warfley proposed to extend FPC language with something as found
just in C, that is "const" syntax. He explained it very well.
Is this syntax extension planned in some mode?

No, there is not, at least not by any of the core developers.
