CreateParams seems like its filtering some styles for TFORM. lazarus / 62-General ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jamie · 2020-12-24 00:42 I override the CreateParams so I can modified the Style field.. Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i Procedure TsymForm.CreateParams(var Params:TCreateParams);Begin  inherited CreateParams(Params);  Params.style := Cardinal(Params.Style  or WS_SIZEBOX);end;                                                     I have a FORM with no border and it has a Panel in it with a raised edge. I don't want the border because I don't want a caption. This works fine but I want a sizing border too. Basically I am creating a floating tool window with no caption so I can customize my own caption. If I do this Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i procedure Tsymform.FormCreate(Sender: TObject);begin  SetWindowLong(Handle,GWL_Style,GetWindowLong(Handle, GWL_Style)or ws_thickframe);end;  After this window has already been created, it then gives me the sizing frame and it works. But I wanted to do this in the Createparams instead, hoping this would be a cross platform thingy ..  Is the widget filtering out some combinations ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jamie · 2020-12-24 01:00 Sorry, I put this in the wrong group.. It should of been in the Lazarus General or LCL.. But in any case, this CreateParam thing does work in Delphi..
