all windows applications under Apex One 14 will not be open, unless
add that EXE to exception list.

It must be looking for a digital signed signature.

 does it report why it won't ?

Lazrus and bin folder also cannot run under it.
when you double click those exe, it wont report you anything, mouse
cursor just change to circle and then, nothing happen.
but same thing, if i develop any exe with VS, those exe will work
correctly.
this looks the FK Trend Micro.
