Does this hint make sense? lazarus / 62-General ---------------------------------------------------------------------- EganSolo · 2021-12-19 22:51 I've got a program with two units: Uni1 is a datamodule that contains a TImageList called #ImageList#Unit2 holds a form with a Ttreeview called #TreeView#. TreeView.Image points to #ImageList# in Unit1 The compiler produces the following hint: Hint: unit "Uni1" not used in Unit2 If that's true, how are the images in the data module loaded in the form at run-time? The lfm file of unit2 clearly shows that the images are not copied into the form at design time. What am I missing? Thanks for any insight. If I remember correctly, you don't need to add unit1 in uses section of unit2 if the unit1 is used from another place (e.g. in the uses section of the main project file), but then there may be problems at design time. However, Lazarus could hide this message in this case.
