Declatation tooltip under the current line instead over

So I am writing a code in Lazarus IDE. These tooltips with function
declaration are very useful, but they appear over the line I am
writing, so they hide the one ot two lines I have just written. This
is annoying. To make the tip disappear I have to click somewhere far
from it or move the editor window.

I don't want to switch the tips off, they are more useful than
annoing, but having the option to display them under the current line,
so they don't hide what I just wrote, would be very useful and speed
up writing
