How to extract unit path in codetool

I am trying to make lazarus add which shows all classes in selected
unit and all they're inherited classes in treeview.

I found out how to parse all classes from selected unit and how to
find they're inherited class name. But I don't now how to find unit
where inherited class is declared so I could parse it.

Maybe there is some examples how to do it?
