I have this idea when I look how wxDev-C++ handle it. When an
exception occurs in the IDE, it prompts user to enter how it happens
and in what situation while preparing the stack trace and all required
information (compiler and IDE version, platform, etc.), they're all
merged in a text file which can be submitted to the bugtracker. This
could simplify bug reporting, especially for those who are new to
lazarus.

What's missing is the automatic submission, which I think then lazarus
should implement.

The LCL system is so that you can write such a code and hook
application.onexception to it, without needing mods.

I don't mean it for user application, but for lazarus itself, to ease
fixing bugs.
