Export code as rtf

It would be really useful to be able to export code as rtf (for
example just a 'Copy as rtf' option) so that we can paste properly
highlighted code into WP and other apps.
Doesn't sound too hard to include...

Good idea. I'd prefer "Copy as HTML" though.
TSynExporterHTML is already there.
A patch is welcome.
