Hi,

My idea is that the components "TMemo", "TSynEdit" and other strings
containers, are in the popup menu the option "Dialogue Editor Strings
..." : D

You mean at design time?
In the obect inspector, click on the ellipsis button of the Lines
property.

Yes, in "design time" but not only in the "object inspector" but also
in the "form editor" 

Yes popup in form editor to edit text
