Some questions & suggestions about automatic word completion

Is there any way for word completion pop up to appear as we
type?Instead of populating the word list from the current source,
would it be better if it comes from a file? This is a great time saver
especially for keywords / identifiers with long names (e.g.
initialization, implementation, FileNameCaseSensitive,
DefaultTextLineBreakStyle)
