Custom configuration load/save lazarus / 6-IDE-CodeTools ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Legolas · 2007-06-01 22:49 It could be useful to have a sort of save/load feature in order to store/restore compiler and environment options in a single click. At this time, switching eg. from win32 to wince is a mess (a lot of compiler ad path settings to change). I'm thinking about something like a directory based system: Code: [Select] /Lazarus     /Configuration         /default             Editor.xml             Compiler.xml             ...xml         /MyWinCEConfiguration             Editor.xml             Compiler.xml             ...xml         /AnotherConfiguration             Editor.xml             Compiler.xml             ...xml then a listbox filled at runtime with [default, MyWinCEConfiguration, AnotherConfiguration], used to switch from a configuration to another Does it be feasible? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Vincent Snijders · 2007-06-02 07:08 Of course this is feasible, but who wants to implement this. I wonder why you want to change editor and environment options. If you tweak your fpc.cfg a bit and use fpc.exe as compiler, all you need to do is change the compiler options. You already can load and save compiler options, so you can create a file with copiler options for different configuration.
