Lazarus is using Pascal Object.

Why not declaring more interfaces to declare for example the next
TFrame and a TForm like this :

TLazform = interface
    procedure Activate;
    procedure ActiveChanged;
etc..
End ;

TCustomForm = class ( TScrollingWinControl, TLazForm )

TFrame = class ( TScrollingWinControl, TLazForm )

since the LCL is compatible with the Delphi VCL. So classes should
have the same hierarchy
