The language JAVA has an automatic documentations maker that outputs
the documentation in HTML format. It is a good idea to be build one.

That was exactly what I mean  By the way is there a list of everything
that is made for Lazarus like that pasdoc?

A list of everything is impossible, because that would be impossible
to maintain.

DelphiCodeToDoc (Windows only) supports JavaDoc syntax as well
(example).
