Can you create a Feature Request on the Bug tracker?

This way it won't be forgotten. Bellow is the link to the bug tracker

Fine. I registered with the bugtracker, but how can I request
something? I found only a form for bug reporting ...  :?

You use the regular bug form, except under 'severity' one selects
'feature'.
