code folding feature on the editor

I think it becomes common nowadays to have Code Folding feature for an
editor, especially for code editor. Unfortunately, Lazarus' editor has
not had this feature yet.

The Mystix editor (http://mystix.sourceforge.net) is a good start.
Since Mystix and Lazarus's editor using the same component -SynEdit-,
I think Lazarus is able to use the new updated SynEdit package from
Mystix that support Code Folding feature.

1. Lazarus already has some experimental code folding: Environmnent ->
Editor Options -> General -> Code folding (experimental)

2. Although Lazarus uses Synedit, it is more like a heavily modified
SynEdit from +/- 2000 or 2001. It would be nice if all the changes to
the original synedit could be merged, but it is a quiet a task.
