No good IDE for Windows if not there is possible to make programs in
Lazarus with REAL comctrls controls on the form. Should it be
possible, an option if I only wish to write Windows compatible
programs.

OK, then the answer is simple.

It is simple, implement treeview similar to TListView. :-)
