TProgressBar with maximum indication

Hi all,

I’m looking for an enhanced version of TProgressBar in that way that
it will show the maximum value ever reached. Does anyone know? Or does
anyone know what part of TProgressBar I need to change in order to get
that behavior?
I made a short drawing and hope I made myself clear?
