LazReport Raise <1> in title

Hi, i have a problem with lazreport.

After installed lazreport and restart lazarus, i found that all title
form change to <1>,<2>,<3> (for each form they raise the counter).
After that, i create some form and then when i try to change some
property (or even click on the property) lazarus will close...

Somebody please help me...

Lazarus version, OS, Lazreport version? ....

OS : Open Suse 10.3
Lazarus : 9.26.2
LazReport : 0.9.5

The package is from a repository?, if that is the case, try to
download lazarus and freepascal from
http://snapshots.lazarus.shikami.org/lazarus/ and reinstall it
(uninstall complete the other version)

I have installed in Ubuntu 9.04 and in windows XP, and everything goes
fine
