Does Laz for android Works on Windows 7?

I am trying to install amw_ide_tools.lpk from laz4android2.0.12
and i get error

gdbmiserverdebuggerlamw.pas(48,15) Error:
There is no method in an ancestor class to be overridden:
"RequestCommand(const TDBGCommand;const Array Of Const;const
TMethod):Boolean;"

Anyway to fix this?
My os is Windows 2008r2

I did exatcly what it says and on third step for the component i get
that error

I think u should give a try for fpcupdeluxe, and try to choose arm vp
soft for compiling.

strange, I did a new "C:\laz4android2.0.12" installation and didn't
come across this problem...
