, fpu mode related i think, -cp -cf, already choosing arm chipset from
fpcdeluxe from none to hrmhf, update cross compiler, nothing hapenned 
, some 3rd party unit doesnt support armv7a-soft.

LAMW ?   No.   But fpcdeluxe will produce a fpc to support  "armv7a +
vfpv3"  by default .... or not?

By default latest fpc deluxe recommend all fpc related unit in 32 bit,
no fpu mode for armv7a-vfp3. By default chipset with avail ppu are
armv7a-soft, armv6.

Update your cross via fpCupDeluxe -> setup+ -> select subarch and -Cf
option
