LAMW - detect showing keyboard for relayouting scrollview

any idea how to detect keyboard is showing? set scrollview top always
on form top. if keyboard showing scrollview top=scrollview
height+keyboard height, cannot see most top scroll view panel because
of keyboard showing.

on detect key showing--> scrollview 2/3 of parent not showing match
parent, Thanks

manually layoutting -> onfocus, onlostfocus
Detect scroll position also ok

WORKS, but still finding better code for doing that.
