The first time you build the project the gradle needs the internet to search the "online" libraries  for "jcSignaturepad"... maybe,  after that [the first Apk build...] it is possible that the gradle will no longer look for the  internet connection ... About "is posible change gradle for ANT in your lamw  components".... The componens in tabs  "Android Bridges AppCompat"   and  "Android Bridges JCenter"   need  "online" libraries and so, we can't change to Ant.... Only the tabs "Android Bridges" and "Android Bridges Extra" can be used with Ant... [and gradle] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Segator · 2020-08-28 01:51 I think that if Android studio have a offline function using gradle maybe exist a way to do that in lamw installing something from Android studio maybe, using gradle in a blocked nation like cuba (me), iran etc need a vpn connection, jmpessoa have right ,when you build the first time the gradle needed files is cached in local, but if you add other component then you need internet connection again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jmpessoa · 2020-08-28 03:12 Quoteif Android studio have a offline function.... But the question is: how we can get an "online" library in the first time.... [Android Studio also doesn't have all the libraries...].  That's why Gladle replaced Ant in  Android Studio and others IDE. But here in LAMW we continue bravely giving some [limited] Ant support..... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- juank1971 · 2020-08-28 15:02 it's true at least once have to connect thanks to everyone i try to connect with VPN . juank
