Then I ran the lamw_manager.bat as administrator. I tried again later and then on a different PC running Windows 10 and got the same error (403 Forbidden). Go to C:\lamw_manager open  simple-lamw-install.sh file. Look for this line GRADLE_ZIP_LNK="http://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.4.1- bin.zip" Modify to: GRADLE_ZIP_LNK="https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle- 4.4.1-bin.zip" Note: Windows 7  is not supported by LAMW Manager!
