LAMW: How to do multilanguage application?

Hello all.

In the topic is my question. I can't detect which language is a
default.

The record TLocale in JNI-environment is empty at run-time.

The variables of GetLanguageIDs() is empty too.

This works for me:

    gApp.Locale.Iso3Language

But call it after JNIprompt has been triggered at least once, which is
when the above field gets populated correctly
