How to get jEdit onKeyPress, onKeyUp or onKeyDown in LAMW?

I have an Android project using wireless barcode scanner. Because it
using enter char when finished scanning, so I need the keyboard event.
But, I can't find those events in TAndroidModule or in jEdit.

What about jEditText  "OnEnter" event?
