[lamw]create autostart app to run 24/7

Hello,
  it seems that the apps installed in autostart runs 24/7 even they
are closed.

It seems, from several online searches, that the apps installed in
autostart needs permission "android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED"
in its manifest file but I don't recognize how to put this permission
in manifest file a compile time.

How I wil put this permission in manifest file before create apk file
and then deploy my app?
