Hi,

When the launcher icon is used to bring forth  an app which is already
running the app's screen is sometimes empty (white).  There are many
issues which can be worked around, but this one does not seem to be
one of them.  I hope there is a solution for this. 

Unfortunately I do not have a test case to reproduce the problem yet.
It is kind of random.

there are a few potential  issues I have reported here, but this one
is far the most important. Kind of a show stopper. It would be bad for
business to release an app with such an annoying problem.

Yes, but "random" dont help ....  where can I test some case?

When I have the time I will try to create a striped version of my app
which still demonstrates the problem.

Using a timer for periodical UI updates may completely prevent the
unhandled app state from occurring  or making it much more rare. Still
a checking if this is the case.
