LAMW - jCustomDialog rotation crash

Hi,

when these conditions  are met the app crashes:

1. In the module  OnRotate event handler UpdateLayout is called
2. a jCustomDialog  is displayed
3. the user changes the orientation

AppBroadcastReceiverDemo2 demonstrates this problem. Just turn the
phone while the dialog is displayed on the screen.

Cfg:

LAMW: Latest GIT
FPC: Less than a month old from SVN
Android API 21, 26
Handset: Huawei P8, Android 5.01
Project options: -Xd -CfVFPV3 -CpARMV7A -XParm-linux-androideabi-
-FDC:\Android\ndk\toolchains\arm-linux-
androideabi-4.9\prebuilt\windows\bin

Just realized I made a copy-paste error. The  demo to reproduce the 
problem is AppCustomDialogDemo2.

Appreciate the effort. If I may suggest: there is a workaround for
this issue, an other module can be used as a dialog. If you have the
time, the other issue I have ran into, (the empty screen) is probably
more important than this.
