[SOLVED] LAMW: TMemo or Multiline Text View? lazarus / 43-Android ---------------------------------------------------------------------- tk · 2016-11-12 13:11 Hi, I could not find a memo/multiline text view on Android Bridges palette. Tried jTextView, set MaxLines to 10 but still get single line appearance. The jTextView.AppendLn('sometext') does not append at new line but at the end of the previous text. Is some kind of multiline text view implemented? I need it for logging. We need a new  "jMemo"! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- tk · 2016-11-12 19:10 Ah, thank you, forgot the itxMultiline style. I think for the moment it is good. I only can't scroll the memo down because it is periodically trying to focus the caret. I must have the memo read only and the caret is still on 1st character. And yes it does not show those 10 lines until some text is there but that is not a problem for me.
