Laztoap installation "An Error Occurred in the Secure Channel Support"

Hi

At running laztoapk installation, I get the subject error when it gets
to the 3rd line.
Did anybody experienced that?
I use
setup_laztoapk_v0_9_0_35 (2).exe
from
http://jaist.dl.sourceforge.net/project/laztoapk/setup_laztoapk_v0_9_0

Hello.

Some weeks ago, I had error installing laztoapk. I've forgot what the
error message. But I still remember, I managed to make it works by
disabling the auto-download of laz4android. After manually downloaded
and unzipped laz4android, running the laztoapk will continue to build
cross compile lazarus/fpc process. I tested it, laztoapk was able to
produce apk. Your issue maybe is the same as mine. Try to manually
download the item which it failed.

Unfortunately it useless on my Android 5 device because there has bug
in CustomDrawn or perhaps laz4android. That why I uninstalled laztoapk
and laz4android completely. Now I'm using and learning LAMW.
