Hi

To try to help improving LazToApk, I suggest and attached another
version of build_debug_apk.bat

It should show clearlier an error message and pause, if any. 

LazToApk could call it with a parameter "no_pause" to suppress the
pause. This way a mere double-click without change will rerun it from
it's directory, if needed to diagnose an error.

Others improvements are possible, of course...
