How to scroll THtmlViewer (THtmlPort) in Android?

I'm making a simple app for android using the THtmlViewer component,
and it seems to work, but when I load some text in it, more than fits
the screen, no scroll bar is displayed (even though I set ScrollBars =
Both) and nothing happens when I tap on the component or try to scroll
it...

I also face a similar problem when placing a TMemo control in an
android app -- if the number of text lines is more than the screen can
fit, I cannot figure out any way of scrolling down the control...

Can anyone kindly offer a tip?

Best regards to all,
Manlio
