Ithik it trying somthing other.(i renamed both files with this names in toolchain and fpc directory without any succses ). I get the dialog asking me for the password, but not the second one telling me to remember to set the password when prompted. A Command prompt window just flashes after entering the password in the dialog and then nothing happens. LazToApk shows a red error QuoteFailed to build Project . Please start the batch-file manually and analyze the output. Open the file C:\laztoapk\projects\project1\android\build_app.bat with a text editor. Change the line: REM pause into pause And save the file. Start the file by double-clicking it. Then publish the output here so we can help you. (Or you can try the latest setup from sourceforge. Update today to V0.9.0.26.) No screen for giving the key for the second time. I deleted the directory c:\\laztoapk\downloads\laz4android Created the dir again with distro: laz4android1.3-46592-FPC2.7.1 problem was solved.
