Following a linux guide + google will probably get you 7/8 of the way Sorry friend, but mac is not "basically Linux with a thin layer" as you say..., Mac OS X is an independent operating system based in UNIX, that's not like Linux, is very very different in all. Is true that basic commands lines is similar to linux commands, and some directory structure, but OS can't be used as Linux. By other side, I have search for an Linux tutorial for prepare Lazarus to compile Android and I can't find it. Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Fred vS · 2013-12-20 20:18 QuoteMac OS X is an independent operating system based in UNIX, that's not like Linux, is very very different in all. Hum, Linux  is based on UNIX too...  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- jwdietrich · 2013-12-20 20:37 Mac OS X is a true Unix implementation, but it also inherits API functions and GUI elements from classical Mac OS. Linux is a unixoid operating system that isn't based on traditional Unix sourcecode, but that is designed to be very similar and partly compatible to Unix. Of course, the relation between Mac OS X and Linux is much closer than that of both operating systems to Windows. But there are differences that sometimes break compatibility, especially for GUI-based applications. After all, the layer on top isn't that thin. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Leledumbo · 2013-12-21 03:25 Mac OS X is FreeBSD + OS X proprietary layer. There should be little to no difference in a matter of compiling Android application from any supported platform. One would need: SDK + NDK + arm-android cross compiler, assembler and linker and respective units. The wiki article "Android" should explain everything in platform independent way. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Fossy · 2013-12-28 00:37 Well friends... I launch again my question..., any tutorial for compile apk's in Mac?  Thanks!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Leledumbo · 2013-12-28 00:59 If what you mean is specific tutorial for Mac: No
