Problems with TCDPageControl

Hi,

Made a small test-app with a TCDPageControl and 2 tabs.
Placed a TCDButton on each of the tabs and added OnClick-event for
each.

When I run the app only the button works, that is on the tab that is
in front initially.
It's OK to change tabs, but the button on the other tab doesn't fire
OnClick-event.

Yes, I remember this issue. I expended a lot of time investigating it
but couldnt find what is wrong. Patches/more people investigating are
welcome.
