Detect pressing position on screen lazarus / 43-Android ---------------------------------------------------------------------- eMarc · 2012-10-15 13:26 Hello. I want to detect the position of user pressings on my application screen, and I use this code on OnClick event : Code: [Select]  GetCursorPos(Pos);   DebugLN('Pos X: ' + IntToStr(Pos.X) + '  Pos Y: ' + IntToStr(Pos.Y)); It works fine on nonandroidtest.lpi, but on Android devices it always returns (1,1) position. Is there any other way that I can retrieve the position pressed by the user ? Thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- felipemdc · 2012-10-16 06:52 Please open a bug report. Does Mouse.CursorPos.X / Y work for you? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- eMarc · 2012-10-16 10:00 No, I get the same value : (1, 1). It's not entirely surprising, because there is no cursor (no mouse) on my Android Device (Tablet), but I can't think of any alternative to retrieve the position finger-pressed by the user. I'm not sure if that really is a bug or the lack of an alternative way. Thank you.
