What version I need to generate APK

I'm slightly desperate.
Please Help.
Please check if this version OK.
What do you suggest to download;

I have   windows 7, 64 bit Operating sistem,

1)   http://freepascal.dfmk.hu/test/lazarus/

2)   I try install  this

Just download the latest JDK, which here is "Java Platform (JDK) 7u7"

Yes, Lazarus is win32 in this case, but it doesn't mean that
everything else needs to be win32. You can download a Java for win64
or win32, it doesn't matter.

I am using ndk-r8, I never tryed ndk 8b

Just remember that 7b has a bug, so 7b is not a good choice, but 7 is
