[SOLVED] Build error on windows
lazarus / 43-Android

I Follow the instructions on http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Custom
_Drawn_Interface/Android#Step_4_-_Creating_the_APK_package_in_Windows.
I performed the download and installation of 
Lazarus-1.1-37216-fpc-2.6.1-20120508-win32.exe and
Lazarus-1.1-37216-fpc-2.6.1-20120508-cross-arm-wince-win32. After
that, I performed the download of fpc4android_2_5_1_2_apr_2012.zip and
follow the guide.
In lazarus, I open the sample androidlcltest, and tried to compile,
but the following error occurs:

"PPU Loading C:\lazarus\fpc\2.6.1\units\arm-linux\rtl\system.ppu"
"PPU Invalid Version 126"
"fcllaz.pas(0,0) Fatal: Can not find unit system used by fcllaz."

any ideas to solve this issue?

Did you copy ppcrossarm.exe to C:\lazarus\fpc\2.6.1\bin ?

Also, the units should be in C:\lazarus\fpc\2.5.1\units\arm-linux\

Not in the dir for 2.6.1

There will be a conflict here, because WinCE has a ppcrossarm.exe for
FPC 2.6.1 and Android has another one for 2.5.1 You can only use one
at a time. You can rename the WinCE one to winceppcrossarm.exe and the
Android one to androidppcrossarm.exe and then copy the one you want to
use at any given moment to ppcrossarm.exe

Felipe, why not a sticky post for building a proper lazarus and fpc
from svn ? should I do that ?

Yes, it would be good if you did a good post with all instructions
summed up.

I will when I finish the app (in a few days I hope)

I will add another post for other faq from me too (button, proceudre
etc...), what do you think ?
