Android compile on Ubuntu IDE, using the Android simulator on Win11 lazarus / 43-Android ---------------------------------------------------------------------- pascalbythree · 2026-04-06 09:03 Hey! Does anybody know if it is possible to compile your Lazarus app for Android on your Ubuntu PC machine, and then use the simulator on windows 11 ? Instead of running them both on windows ? Do you still have to use cradle ? And not over SMB i mean, but linked to the "[LAMW] Build Android Apk and Run Ctrl+F1" Greets, Wouter van Wegen, PascalByThree! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- PierceNg · 2026-10-16 05:27 An Android APK contains binaries for up to 4 architectures: arm64, arm32, x86_64, x86. A proper development setup should build your APK for at least arm64 and x86_64 architectures. Here's an APK of mine; the file 'libdwprunner.so' containing the app functionality is built using Free Pascal: Code: Text  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i % unzip -v app-debug.apkArchive:  app-debug.apk Length   Method    Size  Cmpr    Date    Time   CRC-32   Name--------  ------  ------- ---- ---------- ----- --------  ----   90360  Stored    90360   0% 1981-01-01 01:01 febe2452  lib/arm64-v8a/libdwprunner.so   80728  Stored    80728   0% 1981-01-01 01:01 f217b3ea  lib/armeabi-v7a/libdwprunner.so   81228  Stored    81228   0% 1981-01-01 01:01 bbe69e19  lib/x86/libdwprunner.so   74304  Stored    74304   0% 1981-01-01 01:01 6537ec19  lib/x86_64/libdwprunner.so This app runs on my arm64 phone and the x86_64 emulator on my Linux. I "adb install" it to x86_64 emulator on Windows and it works there too. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- marcos-ebm · 2026-10-16 14:05 I'm using a translator a tool is being created to create apps for android/ios, but it is still under development watch the video linked below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ji5mr5UnR44&t=5s the video is in Portuguese, as they are a group of Brazilians In the image, there is an example of a native app in the image app, tbutton tedit from lcl is being used
