Why? 

You can use  your pascal unit in LAMW.... and [almost] all FPC/FCL 
stuff....

"Almost" is not equal to "all".

I may have been dealing with a similar problem soon, as I am
developing a test app which will use calls to functions in the
httpclient unit and they are dynamically linked. But I have not yet
arrived there...
