Support newer versions SDK naming system...

Hi,
The function to get sdk/build tools path needs to be changed from
handling integer type to string type to support newer versions naming
system, shipped with Android Studio...

Case:
compileSdkVersion 34 (build.gradle)
Not Working and gradle can't build (gradle can't find sdk folder with
"android-34" name even after I changed the original folder name from
android-UpsideDownCake to android-34)

Solution:
After I restored the name to the original value (android-
UpsideDownCake) and manually set compileSdkVersion to "android-
UpsideDownCake (build.gradle)
Working and gradle can build successfully

I haven't tested it, but some changes in LAMW related to the maximum
Android API (max API was 31, now it is 34) were made 5 days ago:
