Hello everyone!

Here is (https://github.com/publicjoke/freepascal_resvg) the wrapper
for resvg (https://github.com/RazrFalcon/resvg) library along with the
test lazarus project. resvg is an SVG parser and renderer library,
it's faster yet more precise than librsvg
(https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/LibRsvg) and has less external
dependencies (at least on Windows). I have tested it on Win64 only so
feedback is welcomed.
