is BytesPerScanline missing from FPC?

Hello,
The new fast-report 6.4.3 update is using this function and in delphi
10.3 it's defined in vcl.graphics. But I couldn't find this fucntion
in FPC. is it too new?

Please file a bug. I know the functionality from some component sets.
An alternate name is rowpitch
