Hi

I was trying to find a component like ScrollText that allows overiding
of speed, ie to be able to pause it, and move to a specified point.
The idea is to create a kind of Reader that dependent on users ability
the speed can be adjusted, with the ability to pause, and jump to a
specified point in the text.

Can ScrollText do this?

or Any other component that would do the same.
