How do I draw a line? 

On my customer data input page, I would like to place a horizontal
line above the buttons that are at the bottom of the page.  This would
provide a visible separation between the input fields and the
buttons. 

Any ideas?

The lazy way: Use a TButtonPanel.

Or: add a TBevel, set its Shape to bsTopLine or bsBottomLine, and set
its Height to a small value like 2 or 3. Adjust its width to run
across the form.

Or use a TPaintBox and paint however you want the line to look like,
but TBevel is probably the easiest.

I suspect you mean
  State/Province
in a couple of the edit field labels, not
  State/Providence
though doubtless Providence does have a hand in the state where one
dwells.
