Image in front?

I have a tImage as a background image and another tImage with a figure
I want to go moving around the screen. But this image is left behind
the wallpaper. How I can make the image appear in front of the
background image ?

Right-click and choose "Bring to front" ?

Oh, Yes, I know. Thanks... It drove me crazy looking for it in the
properties of TImage.
But this is only set in design time?  is only the way?

At runtime you can use BringToFront method for your image or
SendToBack for background image.
